Kim Plimley is a ceramic artist based in the Scottish Highlands, creating wheel-thrown pottery designed to bring beauty and function to everyday life.
Her work is rooted in a strong connection to place, shaped by her time spent living in the Cairngorms National Park . Working primarily with stoneware clay and natural glazes inspired by lichen, stone and shifting light, she creates tactile, durable pieces that evoke a sense of place.
